Sand separator Type 290 - brand newEssentially consisting of: Strong, shaftless conveyor spiral with rectangular blade profile. Spiral rotating in a U-shaped trough without counter bearing, supported by a wear liner. Optionally available with screw-on cover or quick-release fasteners. The sedimentation box is conically tapered and mounted on the conveyor spiral. The sedimentation box has a cover, an inlet and an outlet. The trough, cover, inlet and outlet openings and mounting brackets are made of 1.4301 material. The supporting structure is made of 1.4301 stainless steel. The flange, gear shaft and spiral are made of steel. Gear motors are supplied in standard design with factory paint finish. An R 2" drain connection is fitted in the lower front area.
